CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our business and respect for our professionals' time, we enforce the following policies: - Cancellations/ No-shows/ Reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 40% charge of the service fee. -We have a 5 minute late policy after 5 minutes you will be considered a NO-SHOW and fees will be incurred -No extra guests please.
